Shipping and Delivery

1. Our Logistics Service

We ship internationally via DHL, UPS and FEDEX, or we will ship by the sea, if the order is over 45 kilograms, depending on your location.

2. Discount of postage

We are a member of the elite group of international express companies. This affords us preferential prices for shipping. For example, we are a member of EMS and receive a 30% discount from the post office.

3. Shipping & delivery time

After you place an order, we will check your order and begin picking within 24 hours. As our established wholesalers, we will prioritize checking your order and preparing stock items for you. We will send out the goods within 1 working day. For new wholesalers, it usually takes 2 working days to send out. Generally, it takes 7-12 working days to get an item delivered all over the world by DHL/FedEx/UPS, depending on where you live. It usually takes 10-15 working days by EMS (except for Russia). Occasionally, a shortage of goods could lead to a delay in delivery. If this happens, we will email you notification and no processes will be done until you respond. We can offer an exchange or cancel service for you according to your will.

4. Calculated the postage

When it comes to the ordering stage, the heavier the better. For example, the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items, so buy more and save! This is because postage is calculated by weight, so the more you send at once, the cheaper the shipping cost will be per kg.

5. The shipping cost

The shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. We find it difficult to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of the one-piece bikini is about 0.05 kg, but the leather is about 0.3 kg /pc). You can choose the shipping company you like; we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you can also choose to cancel your order or send a pre-paid box to collect your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

At our store, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very easy return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. What should you do when you receive a defective product? If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following: 1. Contact your sales manager through the website’s instant messenger or email within 3 days of receiving the product. 2. Provide photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product. 3. Once it is confirmed that the product is defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), a refund will be arranged to your original payment method or Dear-Lover account balance without having to return the defective product. If you are unable to provide photos or video, or if the photos or video provided do not establish a quality defect in the item, all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by you.

Can I return or cancel my order if it is not a quality issue?

1. Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. 2. If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs. 3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the goods. 4. You will receive a refund without having to return the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we sent the wrong item or sent the wrong size/printed item.

Can I return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the label has been removed?

1. Please only return items that are in the same condition as when you received them- undamaged and unwashed, with tags and packaging still attached. 2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have a non-returnable symbol on them, or for complimentary items.

Refund

1. We will process your refund within 7 business days of confirming it with you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 2. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

We ship by international express parcel EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, sea and air freight. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.

We accept payment online directly. You can pay by Credit Cards, PayPal.

All products in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days. Pre-orders will be dispatched according to the estimated time of arrival.

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the delivery charge. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or faulty due to our fault, the consumer is not obliged to pay the delivery charge for this reason. No restocking fee charged to consumers for returning a product.

The return method and financing institutions’ policies affect how long it takes for you to receive a credit card refund. It will typically take between 5 and 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, but this can vary. Some international refunds may take up to 30 business days.
